Hello, world

Here goes, JavaScript is one of the most fun and yet at times frustrating languages I've had to use. I do love learning it but the onslaught of new paradigms, techniques, and frameworks that are constantly coming out have made it difficult to stay on top of it all.

So with this blog, I'll be keeping track of old and new notions of the language primarily for myself but hopefully for others as well. For now, most of what will go here will be notes I've taken while reading some of the following books:

  • You Don't Know JS by Kyle Simpson. I strongly recommend reading the whole collection even as a simple refresher. It goes into a lot more depth than most other books and videos I've seen.

  • Javascript Allongé by Reg Braithwaite.

  • Learning JavaScript Data Structures and Algorithms by Loiane Groner.

  • Introduction to Algorithms by Charles E. Leiserson, Clifford Stein, Ronald Rivest, and Thomas H. Cormen.
